Pros

- Heavily involved in the growth of their employees (reimbursed certifications, training courses) - Community oriented (abundant opportunities to volunteer) - Very respectful of work/life balance (40-45 hour work week is the norm) - Clear promotion requirements - Fantastic culture (everyone is more than willing to help with anything)

Cons

There have been no cons at this point in my employment. CTS has been an incredible place to work and grow.

Pros

CTS is a great company to work for so far. They seem to genuinely care about the employees and their happiness. There is a clear career path for promotion and growth. The benefits package is good and they offer many other great incentives as well, such as paying for employees to complete industry certifications.

Cons

Starting salary is lower than industry average, but good for the area. In my opinion, the great environment and potential for growth make the salary less of a negative.

Pros

CTS is an honest company with a good work ethic and a strong focus on customer service. They try to do what is best for their clients and their employees as well. CTS strives for perfection in their field.

Cons

CTS is very demanding of their employees, but I understand since they strive for perfection. They require trainees of their software development "boot camp" program to work too much on the training projects outside of regular business hours.
