Cons
- Because CVS is so organized, many of the policies they put into place can become restricting to the flow of business on an average day. - High work and stress loads on pharmaceutical staff when their departments are understaffed. - The views of employees below the management levels are only polled or taken into consideration once a year by the senior level.
