      Pros

      Hard to get fired from unless you hold management to the ethical standard they set for the hourly employee.

      Cons

      The company preaches ethics but only holds hourly employees to the standard. Management is consistantly talking down their employees where other employees can over hear them. Makes for a stressfull work enviroment.

      my Pharmacy Manager and fellow technicians are wonderful. there isn't one that i don't like working with. We work together efficiently and nicely.

      Cons

      i'm a technician (a cPHt) since '98 and i've seen great people leave. It's as if there's a revolving door. The company caps raises, that's why talent walks. There's no incentive to stay if they refuse to compete with wages and to help their employees stay GAINFULLY employed. I feel that we aren't given any time to actually take care of our customers because of meeting extreme metrics. Do the customers care about our metrics? no. Our jobs are constantly threatened by upper management if we are in non-compliance with the silliest of things. Burn-out is now a way of life vs. an occasional occurence.
