      Pros

      Great pay, nice clean working environment. If you're single with no life, this is an expecially great place to work.

      Cons

      Very excessive hours, excessive workload, unrealistic expectations of staff (and ability) to complete given tasks within time-frame. Advancement is more about who you are close with, and your orientation than ability and performance. Expectation is you go home when everything is complete, even if that means 17+ hours / day with NO break! Oh, if you do take a few minutes to gulp down some food, you'll be made to feel guilty for doing so, as if you're not pulling your weight etc.

      Flexible hours, decent pay, good people

      Cons

      Scholarship only when you agree to work for them as a pharmacist, little loyalty to employees (not much support when you are a longtime employee)
