good benefits (insurance, prescriptions, etc,) usually work with good people flexible hours for hourly employees can be easy to promote
Cons
support from district/corporate level is almost non existent workload and expectations constantly increase while payroll constantly decreases. managers work insane amount of hours a week and still extremely difficult/impossible to catch up.
