Pros

schedule and hours its a 11 hour shifts with 1 hour lunch break

Cons

they were good, but now they are just so money hungry they are adding a million services and booking patients back to back they are becoming HUB clinics, meaning they will provide more services, and are supposed to have a nurse and a concierge desk, but because of terrible pay and benefits, and trying to save money, they can't and won't hire people. so you will work alone and the concierge desk will be empty. Every time you have to call a new patient, there will be at least 50 people at the desk all pissed off why nobody is helping them. you have to now answer their questions about makeup, and store supplies since desk is in front of you.

Pros

Full time is 30 hours per week with full benefits. Do not get abused with hours since pay is hourly. Allows for good work life balance.

Cons

Asking too much of NP to monitor and organize clinic, clinic staff, 40+ covid test charts and call backs (to the patients tested) and normal NP duties (Patients, labs, orders, checking in and checking out patients, cleaning, stocking, collecting payments, closing out cash drawers, more and more services offered make schedule so much more difficult, especially when you are the only one working with no support staff. 10 hour days. Weekends, holidays and On-call required.

Pros

This is a company that is loyal to its people. They stick with you and behind you. For some it may take a while to climb the ladder, but the opportunity is there. The benefits are great.

Cons

Not the best pay, but a paycheck I can depend on. Sometimes the back to back calls are daunting.
