Pros

Remote work. I work with great people who genuinely want to help each other.

Cons

Frequent changes with little communication, they change teams with little notice. UM nurses are voluntold with little regard for the stress and upheaval that can cause. Our team leads make our role possible but they have massively increased their work load/teams covered. Training done on new changes is often confusing, without clear expectations often little warning. Job flows are confusing. Experience is highly variable based on who your manager is or the team you are on. Schedule expectations are also changed significantly. OT has gone away, we have to work weekends, and occasionally evening shifts and there is no longer any additional pay or differential for this. PTO availability stinks, as it is based on team size and who else has off, but worsens by having to accommodate weekend flex days. Lots of high level meetings that we don’t get credit for attending. Lots of coworkers have applied to dozens of internal roles with no luck.
