Pros
Depending on the location, you may have a great time depending on your co-workers — it's your typical "retail" environment though. Your area and co-workers will determine how "good" or "worth it" your employment is. The company in itself is very inclusive; your co-workers may not be though.
Cons
Depending on the location, you may have a terrible time depending on your co-workers and the company's policies at the time (they change a lot, and are usually all about $$$). Hours may be tight, which may cause some managers try to "cheat" you (watch your paystubs and don't work unless you're clocked-in), or, unavailability in general to scheduling restrictions. Don't expect to get any holidays off unless you have a good and considerate team. Pay is generally very low, especially for Front Store. For Front Store, you'll generally be expected to both provide general customer service while also being a jack-of-all-trades (inventory stocking, cleaning, etc.), while also assisting in the many different services the company provides (photo, UPS drop off, online pickup, etc), while also meeting weekly promotion standards for various items the company is trying to sell to customers. Moving up in the company can be easy, but, depending on your management, they may purposely stall you from doing so or make excuses (because they're racist or because they're trying to keep the position open for a friend/family/etc. to take it instead). Benefits were pretty bad for my area, and weren't covered hardly anywhere.
