      Fun place to work Easy going co-workers Flexible schedule Family feel company Discount on rent Had a good training program when I was trained

      Cons

      Hardly any room for growth Always on call, because if someone calls out sick on a weekend you have to come in Other companies offer a greater rent discount Pay not too good, minimal raises Training program reformatted- goes over too much HR and not enough about the job

We are sorry to hear that the on call schedule was not managed in a manner that was conducive with your regular work schedule. We understand the importance of work/life balance and strive to help create this balance whenever possible. We will give your feedback to our training department regarding reevaluating the current structure of HR related content versus onsite specific training modules.
