Great Company With Strong People and Learning Culture
Pros
CXT Software is a great company to work for. I learned a lot and developed myself both professionally and personally. The most positive aspect is definitely the people and the team, everyone is supportive, collaborative, and easy to work with. There is strong support from managers, and you constantly learn from peers who are very knowledgeable. Evaluations and KPIs are fair and transparent. The selective process is also very fair, with many steps being self-paced, which made it clear and stress-free. Overall, it’s a great environment with opportunities to grow and learn.
Cons
It’s hard to think of meaningful cons. Like in any organization, there can be occasional changes that require adaptability, but nothing out of the ordinary or negative.
