      Some of the people were great, some of the people were not...

      Pros

      A lot of very, very smart people working there. CEO is a nice guy, if a touch disconnected. Tries very hard to care about employees - much of the staff is caring and open.

      Cons

      A few personalities on the executive staff are overly abrasive and lack conflict management skills. Executive management team all worked their way up in the company - they're all smart and ambitious people, but not necessarily management material. It's kind of obvious that leadership is lacking. Low pay for skill set required and number of hours you are expected to work.

      Amazing company to work for with a few cons in need of improvement

      Pros

      Constant challenge, splitting edge technology, great team environment, good benefits including 100% telecommute.

      Cons

      Low opportunities for advancement beyond mid-level, much lower than average salaries which leads to a lack of knowledge in certain departments.

      Pros

      People are overall nice and willing to help.

      Cons

      They pay at least 30% under market value with the exception of the upper management. They are compensated very well. Since they pay so low, there is a very high turnover in personnel. This also causes the software to be very disjointed and poorly constructed. Beware of some of the people in management. They are very difficult to work for and manage out of paranoid. Cronyism is an ongoing theme at this company also. Be prepared to work long hours.
