Good friendly work environment a lot of opportunity to learn flexible hours Great learning resources & videos/virtual learnings

Cons

could be chaotic at times due to requirements coming from multiple internal and external sources without a proper prioritization framework

Pros

- fully remote for a long time and not likely to change that - small company but big enough that teams can absorb the work when one worker is sick or takes vacation - friendly culture for the most part

Cons

- choice of doctors in my area was not good; had to buy insurance off obamacare to get close and available doctors
