Pros

Great work environment. Pay is good for the amount of work required. Good benefits and a very customer friendly and rewarding atmosphere.

Cons

Room for advancement is regulated to a point in the AP department. Training curriculum is not on par with many other retail organizations.

Pay is better than most Work/life balance is great Schedule flexibility helps Sometimes you get to travel to other stores

Cons

They pick and choose which policies to enforce No help from HR Ridiculous expectations with no help Company is restructuring every couple months so you never know when you'll have a job

Pros

The team I worked with was great. The Outfitter discount was very nice, especially the longer you stay.

Cons

They cut the fat and got down to the bone. When they lay off key positions, you know they are in trouble! Soon to be sold off! I just feel bad for the ones that remain.
