      Floor staff and pay made me stay as long as I did.

      Pros

      Fun place to work, meet a lot of interesting people. Good discounts on products. Most managers are behind you. Neat store.

      Cons

      They went from Legendary Customer Service to only worrying about selling their Credit Cards and getting positive feedback from the customer whether the were helped or not. If you are part-time don't expect to get any hours during slow time it's basically a 6 month stretch of employment at best. Not much chance of a full-time job or any room for advancement.

      This place is too fun. People like to share hunting fishing stories often. It is like a hunting lodge atmosphere most days

      Cons

      Now there are big lay offs. I hear there are going to be as many as 200 when it is all done. They love to stir up the fear in people. It is very hard to build trust. They have let people go before that did not fit the "mold " or " talk the talk " or were too " diverse" I really want out
