      Pros

      Great discount of 50% Cabela's & Bass Pro Shops' brands. Store is very clean.

      Cons

      Some workers are nice, but some aren't as well. If you aren't white, you won't get too far. The majority of their employees are male. There is favoritism everywhere. The employees create groups of their own and will turn against you for one little thing. Includes bosses. They'll put you for the worst hours possible. Punishes workers by firing them after a while if they cannot reach donations, input people's telephone numbers after every transaction, and push the warranty and credit cards. Credit Cards > Employees. Gossip everywhere!
