      Cabela's offers their employees a reasonable discount on merchandise

      Cons

      Hard work is rarely rewarded with monetary compensation. Part timers are limited to 24 hours per week. The company would rather sign customers up for their Capital One credit card than provide excellent customer service and extraordinary shopping experiences.
