      *Tiered discount promoted loyalty to company *Beautiful workplace *Great coworkers

      *Pushing the club visa to the point of ridiculousness *Company keeps restructuring (firing) people at "random" do to downsizing *No flexibility is schedules unless you're part time *Saw many good candidates for promotions passed up beause of favoritism *Senior management will ask for your ideas and then steal them for their own

      Pros

      Fantastic employee discount, pro deals, and being able to relate to almost every person who walks through the door. Really fun place to work.

      Cons

      Management is there for themselves, not the outfitters. As long as they look good, that's all they care about. They are definitely good people, and good managers, just not very caring about the overall sales goals

      Went down hill after Mr Cabela died

      Pros

      Two paid 15 min breaks for 7 hour shifts and an hour lunch, incentive to get customers to sign up for credit cards, able to pick up hours in other departments if trained more, pad vacation after 1 year, food brought it on busy days to feed employees

      Cons

      Upper management cutting corners, never given over time or 40 hours expect during holidays, closing of many positions after upper management changed, promotion based on years with company and not experience
