      Pros

      Independent work on overnights and limited oversight in some departments allows for you to do your job more efficiently. Managers are good at working with students to get them shifts that work for them. A lot of the staff are very cool and friendly to work with.

      Cons

      Low pay, low premium for night shift ($0.50). Micromanaging store manager doesn't allow for organized chain of command and proper communication. You often receive conflicting directives because managers are not on the same page and don't communicate well with each other. A few bad apples truly disrupt what could otherwise be a very enjoyable work environment.
