      Waste of time

      Pros

      You meet some really great people. Other than that, the only pro is that once a year you get one item from the store at cost.

      Cons

      Just like all other big corps, GREED has taken over. I worked in the distribution center and the pay is horrible but they expect you to work like you are being paid like an executive. The discount sucks until you have been there for 7 years. Advancement is very, very limited.
