      Pros

      If you are into guns, fishing, hunting your employee discount may help.

      Cons

      There are necessary upgrades to their computer system (crashes, runs slow) which when busy and dealing with impatient customers is not fun. They spend money elsewhere on unnecessary items.

      -Great hourly people to work with -Ok discount

      Cons

      -Managers dont do much but sit in there office -CONSTANTLY changing there mind, you'll set up and end cap 5 times before they decided on it then change it the next day. - HR will write you up or fire you for any reason -Long hrs from thanksgiving-New years, after that your lucky to get 30hrs a week -no time off for hunting, even though thats why you were hired you for your experiance -Promotions are a popularity contest, not who knows more

      "Seasonal" Work

      Alright employee discount, easy work... product sells itself, decent pay for work being done, apparent room for growth.

      Cons

      When I was originally hired I was told it would be FULL-TIME, LONG-TERM WORK. Once I actually started training however I came to find that I was being designated under "seasonal" status. Actually, almost everyone is hired this way. What this means is you are garunteed NO HOURS and you get NO BENIFITS. You remain seasonal for atleast 6 months. I actually went in after working for three months at 40 hours a week to find I wasn't even on the schedule. On the bright side, I'm being transfered to another department to get hours.
