      There actually isn’t any “favorites” Pay is suitable for a highschooler or someone bored from retirement. Provides a chance to grow if you work for it

      Cons

      Runs the good ones out. If you are an A player go find something better. Some of the management are B players. No A player wants to work for a B player. Therefore the company is rapidly losing its finest employees because of lack of pay to retain them and pushing them out with poor manager choices.

      Store discounts, pro deals, Expertvoice deals, ways to earn free products, and people met and friendships made.

      Cons

      They dont give out raises, if they do it is like 15 cents. There was plenty of deals and ways to earn free products and firearms and the such before Bass Pro bought out Cabela's. Since they bought them out, they took all of those incentives away. Made the store discounts worse unless you are buying brands owned by Bass Pro or Cabelas. It is a rotating door for employees since they do nothing in trying to promote or keep employees.
