      Pros

      A good work community starts with good management. And my location had good managers and leads.

      Cons

      There is so much pressure on the counter to be perfect. You don't just have to know the firearms regulations for your state, you need to know Cabela's policies and obey the policies of your store manager as well. With how often things are changing when it comes to laws for firearms it's hard to keep track of everything and you're the one who's job is on the line if you mess up.
