      Pros

      Can grow quickly. If you need to advance quick so you can transfer into a bigger role elsewhere, this is the place. Growth ends at about year 3 for many.

      Cons

      Risks of headcuts and RIF every year due to poor budgeting and fiscal mgmt. Absence of strategic mindset, even at exec levels. Firefighters are heroes, even after repeatedly starting their own fires.

      Pros

      Happened to work with some of the best co-workers possible who share the same interests. Employee discount is ok, amazon is cheaper.

      Cons

      This Place will suck the soul right out of you. Every day is more disorganized then the last. Can't keep shelves stocked, including Cabela's branded products, due to terrible operations. High school attitude from middle aged adults. Huge emphasis on club, management is clueless. Feels like we are constantly working in circles.

      The pay starts at $10.

      Cons

      Corporate scales back its stores in terms of manpower and hours. I work in the warehouse usually by myself or with one other outfitter.
