      Co-workers are generally decent people. Managers are mostly nice people. Employee discounts are good.

      Cons

      Terrible communication down to line employees. Procedures can change in a knee-jerk reaction to situations. Constant pressure to sell Club Mastercards. This comes from corporate. It's the tail wagging the dog. It doesn't matter how much you sell or if you take care of the customer. If you didn't get Club, you hear about it.
