      Pros

      Very cool hunting, fishing and camping store.

      Cons

      Too political, managed by bullying and no consistency from one manager to another. Need to work/lead employees not direct with fear.

      Pros

      I was able to move from a seasonal over-night worker to a lead position in the customer service department in less than a year simply by showing up and applying a solid work ethic to my habits.

      Cons

      Retail is an industry that is constantly fluctuating, and I recently heard that the company went through a number of cut backs on full time positions at the retail level.

      Pros

      People, both cowokers and customers. For retail it's a fun environment.

      Cons

      Cabelas owns your time, schedule you 3 weeks out, but your input doesn't get 'input' into the system. Best solution is work with coworkers and switch around hours, still a pain.
