      Great CoWorkers, Alright recognition, Nice building.

      Cons

      Awful Hours! Pay is also awful. Favoritism is high at this location. Can't move up in department. Young Leads that are not mature enough.

      Pros

      Managers are great and very encouraging. They are company oriented and very motivated for the success of the organization, but they also care about their employees. Culture is very nice. Coworkers are good on the whole. Hours are very flexible. Good customer service experience.

      Cons

      Low pay, not comfortable for those who don’t like sales. Corporate is not very involved. Communication across departments can be difficult.

      Pros

      If you enjoy hunting, fishing, camping and the outdoors it's the best place to work. Company provides Outfitters with uniform shirts, jeans and sneakers are acceptable There is medical/dental/vision insurance for full-time and part-time employees 401(k), employee stock plan, paid vacation time

      Cons

      Management is not great on follow-through Corporate always over rides Management's decisions Company rewards bullying behavior of customers by giving in to outrageous demands Customers are allowed to verbally abuse Outfitters
