      Work in an industry you are passionate about. Colleagues all share similar interests.

      Management structure is very poor. Training, on boarding, and acquisition processes are all seriously lacking. Overall development suffers as a result.

      It’s an awesome place to work, every one is very friendly, and interesting. The management really cares about the people, and they’re flexible, as long as you’re willing to work with them. They also have a great discount.

      Cons

      You’ll make little more than minimum wage with almost no chance for raises.
