      Pros

      Most of my co-workers are very kind and always willing to lend a hand when needed.

      Cons

      A customer can get you fired or written up. they always take the customers side even if the customer was rude and disrespectful. The computer systems they use are often slow and prone to crashing and it slows every thing down. I have told managers about problems arising out of employee and my comments were ignored. They want you to work when they want you to work. period. H.R. often carries the spear for your boss.

      Pros

      Cabela's needs forward thinkers to assist in the development of outfitters and structure of current and new stores. There is pleanty of room for suggestions and outfitters with management experience and drive can quickly promote.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership training and development at the store level. Corporate management is detached from how the stores operate and the needs of their outfitters. Company is behind in technology which will slow the growth of new stores.
