Over Worked and Under Paid

Pros

Working for CableOne/Sparklight, you get the highest packages pf service they offer for free.

Cons

Low pay with little to no advancement, you may not get a raise but someone at an office an hour away with worse numbers will. A-lot of overtime, barely ever home on time. Bad management, constantly blamed for issues that clearly are the customers fault. We have too much oversight in terms of who is watching our every move but little to no actual help. In the year and a half I’ve been with this company i have gotten a 52 cent raise and with how much over time we work and how much extra work we do it doesn't feel like we make enough.

The people are great and there is opportunity to grow quickly if you are a worker.

Cons

Minimalistic backfilling causes a large workload for others. Priorities change too often.
