Low low wages. Managers who should not be managers. Very high level of gossip, backstabbing and overall childish behavior, even within manager and his girl who is right hand. You should never be asked to gossip about co workers by management! Insurance good if you never see doctors. A few visits and you are stuck with bill so if you have to see doctors regularly, you had better be wealthy! No and I MEAN NO ADVANCEMENT

Great opportunity to meet successful business owners. Lots of fun! Great way to develop sales skills. If you can sell Cable One Advertising in Fargo, you will make it in any sales job in the future.

Cons

Didn't realize the reputation of Cable One Advertising in Fargo and how they've treated previous employees. Tasks included 50 cold calls a week hoping businesses had no history with Cable One Advertising. Pay was much lower than what was initially promised. Little to no training. Double Standards for new and seasoned associates. No guidance.
