Lots of free time, but the prime hours were in the middle of the day or later....when your family gets home from work/school

Cons

The big guys in Phoenix don't take into account market size. Sales people in smaller regions will be judged equally to those in larger areas. i.e.: After hurricane Katrina, the people needed to rebuild and so there were a lot of new installs ....thousands of them. The cities who weren't affected by the disaster were expected to be just as competitive.

The people are awesome, the pay is great! With monthly bonuses and great commission! Management is easy going as long as you are there to work!

Cons

I cannot think of any at all, the company is too good and it may sound to good to be true but cableone rocks!
