Pros

Sam W the head of sales is truly amazing, If it wasn't for my respect for the man as well as the want to learn as much from him as I could I would have quit. Great health care as well.

Cons

Very non professional, hearing sex jokes and who's sleeping with who or how attractive someone was lot of the time like high school. Its a wonder that more of there employs don't take more days off to get away from it. The company let all of us go home on Christmas a few hours early, which was wonderful then told us we were not payed for those hour and we had no choice but to go home.

Free food and tickets to sporting events.

Cons

Outsiders beware. This company resists change, even if it makes things better. Your suggestions will fall on deaf ears. For example in one department 'our dba's don't do queries' suggests a lack of skills. Don't try to rock the boat, as you will be quickly thrown out. If applying for a job in IT, it will require 20% hard skills and 80% soft skills to succeed. This is a Excel spreadsheet company. Most of the staff and managers were promoted from within, many from the call center. Managers are weak in soft skills.
