      There are no pros just broken promises

      Cons

      Pay way to low, don't get caught talking to anyone and don't go over a minute on your break everyone has a knife to stick in your back. Be careful

      Pros

      Company provides a nice work/life balance. Very understanding when it comes to schedule flexibility due to personal curcumstances. Fun/family type of office environment. Great group of coworkers. A lot of industry knowledge in the company.

      Cons

      High deductible insurance plan. Lack of communication between some departments.
