- Very friendly atmosphere, family attitudes. - Active, dynamic work environment. - Decent interactions between operations and engineering. - Above average benefits. - Good work/life balance.
Cons
- Activities tend to be more reactive than proactive. Problems aren't prioritized until they become major problems. But this is pretty normal for small companies in industry which are running on limited budgets.
