      Pros

      Cabot is a great working environment with very smart people who deliver on their commitments. I enjoy working with everyone. The environment is fast, paced stimulating, and there’s always something new. If you like a challenging environment like this company

      Cons

      Intensity can lead to long hours. Cabot is global so expect phone calls and meetings to range in span from 6 AM and evenings. Although, it is a professional environment, so you have the opportunity for life balance. You can compensate your time off if you need to do calls in the evening, etc.
