Pros

Loved the people I worked with, effective communication and cooperation across departments, and appreciated the focus on safety. Offers nice benefits and a 401k matching program. Decent work/life balance.

Cons

Career development can plateau quickly. Witnessed some people with decades of experience and graduate degrees struggle to progress from one tier to the next.
