Pros

Culture and inclusion, well-being mindset, flexibility (hybrid position), caring management, kind and friendly co-workers, transparency, wonderful CEO and LT, amazing benefits, on-site café just to name a few.

Cons

I truly cannot think of any cons. I have been here since August 2022 and have never experienced anything like this. The CEO came up to me with his hand extended to introduce himself. No wonder there are employees who have been here 20, 30, 40+ years. So thrilled to be a part of this.
