Great 401k, health, dental, vision, and prescriptions benefit company provided uniforms and work boots

Cons

Very dirty due to working with coal dust non-stop Upper level staff don't have a clue what they are doing Supervisors throw you under the bus constantly Career advancement nearly impossible Constant work drama between upper management and operators 40 hrs vacation only available after one year of employment 12hr rotating shifts

Cons

Managers have God complex. Hypocrisy is ramped. Pick and choose what polices to adhere to. Very unethical environment.
