Pros

Very down to earth and friendly employees. Everybody worked hard while I was working as an intern and really wanted the best for me. High expectations, though, too.

Cons

Nothing I can think of. Plant manager was extremely good at what he did in managing production and employees.

Pros

Excellent safety culture and engagement. The people are great to work with and very talented. Great products and one of the best in the industry. Compensation and benefits are very good.

Cons

The current market trends and regulatory requirements are hurting the company. Must work harder at staying ahead of the competition. Needs to better focus on broader applications. Does not offer enough employee praise and encouragement, simply wants everyone to do better.

Great people to work with, benefits and salary are both good, flexible hours, focus on safety

Cons

Too many layers of management, Billerica isn't an exciting location and has limited public transportation, goals aren't always clearly communicated or agreed upon by all layers of management, limited opportunities for advancement
