There is a lot to learn here. If you are willing to work for it, there are ample amount of opportunities you can get.

Management doesn't have one vote. There are too many differences in upper management that leads to frustration some time

Pros

Fantastic travel opportunity. Lots of exposure to upper management. When not on the road, very good work/life balance.

Cons

Small team and lots of travel can be difficult to manage at times but comes with the role. Lack of training if not requested.

There are good benefits and good compensation, but difficult to support the bullying of the current European plant manager.

Cons

Plant Manager very unprofessional and discriminatory. The general sentiment is not to help due to constant bullying from the General manager.
