Good people working together to improve company, relaxed working atmosphere that encourages people to find best work practices. Safety top priority.

Cons

Short sighted goals, standards implementation is lacking, some silos in manufacturing, business, maintenance, and purchasing. Competing metrics cause I needed stress.

Flexible hours, low key work environment, reasonable job security, community environment, non stressful work environment, reasonable bosses. this is it.

Cons

red tape for everything, safety taken into consideration to the point of inanity, longer hours for non established people, feeling disposable to upper management. depending on degree/ background little to no upward mobility.
