Pros

Cabot is a good place to start your career after graduation. You learn a lot about the service and operational side of the business and processes. You get a great insight into the manufacturing world. I've met a lot of talented people by working within the company.

Cons

The pay could be more competitive and motivating. Quite a conservative management style- hierarchy has an essential role.
