To be able to work everyday at a place where most people call a vacation! Great support staff back at Home office

Cons

I don't really see any, if you are willing to work hard this is the place to be.

Pros

Great if you prefer working outdoors and meeting new people everyday. Everyday you work you're always taking cash home, while only actually working 4-5 hours.

Cons

Scheduling was always an issue. Also, when the season is slow it's hard to actually get to work (meaning caddie for a group). The worst is showing up at work then being sent home hours later with no pay what so ever. If you do not caddie you do not get paid just for showing up. q
