1. Great work ecosystem 2. Good opportunities for visibility via paper and sharing research and parents 3. Good customer base 4. Good products to work on 5. Enough holidays including recharge days.

Cons

1. Work to resource ratio is little on the lower side 2. Appraisal compensation is very less than hiring compensation. 3. Work life balance would be a personal choice, rest work keep coming your way.
