      Pros

      Challanging and inovative work. It is a great place to work with nice and helpful people. The company has a strong corporative culture focused on inovation, agility, integrity and quality. Based on this strong culture the company is doing well and going beyond.

      Cons

      As any big company you need to deal with some bureaucracy, which makes thing not to be as fast as small companies and startups. But given the proportions, the company is pretty agile among the giants of EDA.

      Clear processes, significant deal volume, good training, and approachable colleagues. Oh, and a very good canteen!

      Cons

      The location is a bit out of town, not so easy if you don't have a car.
