Compensation package is excellent. Very friendly working environment, you will meet many long-term staff who is willing to help. Lot's of social activities. Offers staff 5 days paid voluntary leave to serve the local community. One of the top 3 world leaders in EDA software industry & still growing. Very good company to work for.
