      Pros

      A great chance to learn a lot from professionals with 15+ years experience in IP-Core digital design and verification. A lot of trainings, bonuses and discussions.

      Cons

      Not innovation oriented in IP-Core designs and verification. A little research and standards development.

      Pros

      Dealing with a wide variety of technology and customers. Roles are flexible and employees are empowered to make decisions. Everyone is very focussed on doing things right and looking after our customers as partners, to achieve long-term success. There is a good level of trust between team members and with management.

      Cons

      The pressure is relentless; there's always a customer in crisis who needs our support, often conflicting with other priorities, so there's always that unspoken pressure to work long hours to fit everything in. A truly global team means meetings often happen at the extreme ends of the work day.
