Pros
It depends on the size of the team and the way of how does your manager works. My manager always encourage us to rotate and try new things. And sometimes, a little pushy to make you try your best. So it is a good chance for entry level to gain experience.
Cons
The salary is, really... OK. Although the company environment is friendly and good for experience. I cannot help thinking, I do can earn more and also learn in another place.
