      Greate work life balance, many vacation days, very nice office. They also offer ESPP on their great stock.

      Cons

      Part of an older industry so you don't work with the newest tools and technologies. Big Corporation is sometimes bureaucratic.

      Pros

      Super good W/L balance, amazing managers and teammates. Everybody is super helpful and works really hard to ensure you have a good time.

      Cons

      Small(er) niche, and supposedly it's easy to get roped in for life. Not many small "modern" benefits (free food, casual social areas, napping pods, free soda, that type of stuff). Larger benefits are great though.
