Great Place if You Like EDA

My manager is a very nice person. Some colleagues are very easy to communicate. Great place for people who like EDA. Great life & work balance.

Cons

If you are not that interested in EDA, you'll soon find your job boring. Some departments focus on a very narrow area, which makes it hard for employees to learn new stuff. Lack of documentation. Non-competitive salaries.

work -life balance, great managers , good facilities. great people.

Cons

Technology is far from to be up to dated. There isn't any career path. the real interesting thing are developed outside of Israel. Compensation is not such competitive due to Israeli market .
